An oil of robust intensity, it elevates full-flavored foods and pairs well with spicy dishes, heavy soups, pasta dishes, casseroles, and white and red meats. THE REPORT IS IN!
The olive oil "Berkeley Olive Grove” from Oroville, California, produced in Nov 6 2015 when analyzed by World Olive Labs, Greece showed very high levels of oleocanthal, oleacein and oleuropein aglycon. These are all natural biophenols with proven anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective activity. The oil biophenol levels ranked among the top 2.5% of worldwide olive oils analyzed by World Olive Labs from 2010 to 2015.
