What started as a small 4-H breeding project a couple of years ago has grown into a family project. We currently run about 30 ewes that include genetics from Cabaniss, Allred Elliott, Rule, Nicewonger, Heisdorffer, etc. Please keep us in mind when looking for a market lamb or brood ewe prosprect; we start lambing in November and will continue through April. was a 4-H member as a kid and has raised cattle, sheep, and hogs. When he's not at his full time job he's usually busy fixing/building fences, taking care of animals, and trying to prevent Stacie from coming home with any more. Stacie raised sheep as a 4-H/FFA member and is still trying to get caught up on all the changes in the sheep industry in the last few years. She loved agriculture and graduated from Chico State with a degree in Ag Business. She spends her time working full time and hauling the kids around to different sporting events and 4-H functions. The kids....Taylor is the oldest and tries to balance her time between school, basketball, sheep, and her horse. She looks forward to learning more about raising sheep and becoming more competitive in the show ring. Johnny just started 4H and will be taking a hog to his county fair. He likes "halter-breaking" the fiesty lambs. Morgan isn't quite old enough for a market animal, he enjoys hanging out in the barn but would rather ride his dirtbike than be with the animals. Zane is counting down the years until he can show animals at the fair but in the mean time he's trying to learn the ropes. Quentin is the youngest of the bunch; he wants to be just like his big sister and can't wait to get into the show ring.
