Had a test run with my son and his friend's graduation party over the weekend. The grill is working out great, but I have to redesign the smoker as it burns through fuel quickly and doesn't retain heat well. Other than that, it's getting there slowly but surely.

Exciting news! I met with Butte County yesterday to review the construction plans for the trailer and take the next steps toward launching Lost Trails Smoke 'n' Grill. If all goes smoothly, I should be up and running by July! Thank you all for your patience and support—I can’t wait to welcome you at our grand opening, which is just around the corner!
