Happy 14th Birthday Little Eorthe❤️Farm
9/11 has many memories—both sad and happy. Ken left us September 7th.
Not sure what else to say but we shared love, food, Hope, joy, inspiration, frustration, and deep faith that building this farm would create an oasis where the cats and dogs get along (that’s always been our moto).
We will celebrate Ken on Winter Solstice with potluck and a bonfire. Join us then, please❤️

2021 A year of conflict and contradictions….from melted berries and cooked eggs in the shells to 16 degrees and 8” of snow. What can 2022 bring? 😳

Our beloved chicken, Twigg, was run over today by another as***le driver on Orville Road. Had no idea she was following me to the mailbox but this jackass chose to hit her instead of slowing down and didn’t bother to hit the breaks. Twigg had her own dog kennel in the house and “roosted” in there virtually every night of her life. She gave Ken an egg every day (almost). She was loved and considered family. She will be missed🥵
