Let me tell you about our crew! 🐮🐮🐮
These beauteous bovines do triple duty on our farm. They eat the grass and (most of) the weeds in our pastures, they deposit generous piles of steaming nutrients that enhance soil fertility, aaaaand they produce the most delectable beef you’ve ever tried, all just by living their natural lives on our stunning little slice of the Orting Valley.
Our beeves (it’s a real word!) are of the Murray Gray variety, a breed which hails from Australia and is named for its longest river. The breed is known for its docile nature and its ability to develop incredible marbling on nothing but grass and grass alone.
What does all this mean for you? It means you can enjoy melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, rich flavoring, and nutrient-dense beef from animals that are allowed to engage in their natural behaviors from start to finish.
