This weekend's Special is Maine Loster Rolls!! 🦞
Sweet, succulent pieces of LOBSTER (real, not imitation) are tossed in a homemade butter-mayo with lemon zest, celery, chives, tarragon, salt, and pepper, then tucked into a New England-style split top Brioche bun that has been toasted on both sides, along with Butter Lettuce. It's sprinkled with more chives and comes with a lemon wedge to squeeze on top before eating for that perfect delicious bite! $20.50 each 🦞
We are going to strive to have this available all weekend, but we can only offer it while supplies last, so we encourage you to place an order if you'd like to secure yours for any day this weekend!

This weekend I am making my Potato Salad!
It sells like crazy every time I make it!
Shockingly, I don't have a picture of it. Below is a pic that is the closest thing to it that I could find.
I only ever use baby red potatoes. The texture is so silky and buttery smooth that it makes you want to savor every bite. I add diced celery, chopped scallions, farm fresh eggs, and TONS of fresh dill! The dressing is simple, light, and fresh and brings it all together into what is truly the best Potato Salad that I have ever had...I love that I get to share it with you!
It is a wonderful addition any of our barbecue 😋

"Crew Appreciation Dinner" tonight was wonderful! Three couldn't make it and they were missed, but it was still a great time together!
Some of them have been with us from day one!
These kids have come to mean a great deal to us and we couldn't imagine not having them in our lives 💛

What a fun day today seeing so many smiling faces! The sun was out for most of the day and we had fun making (2) Thor's Hammers! Congrats again to Larry and Joe!! Don't forget to get in on our newest Raffle for a whole smoked PIG sponsored by Bennett Lending Group!!

This weekend we will have Pineapple Boats!!! ~GF
They are a HUGE favorite and are limited!
I halve and core out perfectly ripened pineapples and dice up the delicious fruit inside. That is added to a homemade rice pilaf, along with freshly diced sweet red bell pepper, purple onion, and snap peas, then fried in real butter with seasonings and soy sauce (gf) on our flat-top grill until buttery, slightly crispy, and delicious! The Pineapple Fried Rice is piled into one of the hollowed out Pineapple halves, drizzled with my homemade Teriyaki BBQ sauce, then piled high with Pulled Pork. It's finished with more sauce and sprinkled with fresh scallions. This dish is a whole meal and an absolute treat!! $17
We open Friday at 3pm and Saturday & Sunday at 12pm.
