It’s the last market of the season! I’m here at Ortonville Farmers Market in front of Q’s Quilting today 9-1 for the Furry Friends Celebration. It’s going to be a beautiful day and there are a ton of vendors here including some animal rescues, which means free puppy kisses! So come on up and shop the market!

Hey everybody! I’m way late in making the announcement that I will be back at the Ortonville Farmers Market again this year on select Saturdays through the summer! I’m getting everything ready for opening weekend this Saturday from 9-1 in downtown Ortonville. I know I’ve been MIA since market season ended, but I’ve been experimenting! These are something new that I made as a personal project, but I’m thinking of bringing them to the market - or at least making them available for special orders.

They’re mini cakes with a solid chocolate top! These in particular are white cake with all 3 types of chocolate tops. I don’t have a ton of molds big enough for this, but the ones I’ve tried have turned out so fun!

Let me know if you think I should add them to the market menu!
