As a fully functioning caterer/food truck, my mobile kitchen has food coming in and going out every week for events and my meals program. This weekend was interesting, as I recieved calls from 4 different people who had a friend getting out of the hospital, a family member who is going through phsical therapy, etc. etc. and they were wondering if I could put some meals together for them to give to their friend/family member. Since I am always working on meals for events or "A Taste of Home" this is easy for me to put together a few extra portions using ingredients I already have on hand, or that I am using for other events or meals.

If you are busy and need some help with something like this (and aren't too picky lol), I can help you put together some meals for you during the week as needed to assist you with these kinds of needs for your friends or loved ones. Pictured here are some meals going out today - Meatballs in Red Sauce over Penne Pasta and Chicken Alfredo over Penne Pasta with Roasted Broccoli and Baby Carrots, with Garlic Breadsticks to accompany everything. I just need 48 hours notice to put things together. Pricing will be the same as "A Taste of Home". This will be mostly a "pick up" thing unless you need me to directly deliver them to your friend or family member, and then there will be a small delivery fee for that service. No, this isnt Ground Hog Day...a good client of mine saw this post of this "His & Hers" Cheesecake a couple weeks back and thought it would be a great for her husband's birthday today...

So once again ☺️ I have a half and half German Chocolate / Turtle Cheesecake for sale, and the first $40 gets it 😋😋😋

Last time I did this it only lasted about 4 minutes 😳😳😳
