These adorbs babies are having their best start at life! Hatched in a Hatching Time CT120 and eating as much as they want of our last bag of Strong Animals Chicken Essentials First Peep for 2026! Very pleased with a strong hatch rate from eggs imported from Colorado! Some beautiful colors of Polish! We are grateful to work with them as they are on The Livestock Conservancy recovering list! I’ll be honest, it’s a hard time of year - I kinda loathe winter and it’s coming soon. Coming off fall holy days is always like the flight home after your honeymoon; so much planning, so much looking forward to it and before you know it, it’s over 😭 (I know, you get to “be married” afterwards 😆 but still!) aaand I’ve been not well this past week which negatively impacts EVERYTHING. To say I can’t wait for Shabbat is an understatement. Signing off. Praying y’all find the beauty in celebrating the weekly Shabbat as well! Polish are on The Livestock Conservancy recovering list, and we are grateful to be working with them! We are a Shabbat Keeping Businesses and we close at sundown on Fridays until sundown Saturdays.

2026 has a coming! We have had so many hatches, so many gorgeous 🐥 and in the last month, we have added some of our most prized additions. But here comes the - are on The Livestock Conservancy recovering list, are one of my favorite breeds and to be able to hatch some of Black Forest Birds and Wildlife - Colorado Polish, it’s really an honor. Amy takes great pride in her work and has some of the most beautiful birds! If you’re in she is one of the 2 breeders I recommend working with there. She actually taught me what I needed to know about as well. Thanks Amy! Can’t wait to see what we get on 10-11!
