Acorn Squash Is Harvest-Ready! 🍂
It’s that cozy time of year again, and the Acorn Squash are fresh off the vines here at Neumann Farms! These green gems are shaped just like their name — and they’re packed with the classic sweet, nutty flavor that tastes like fall in every bite. 🍴
They’re perfect for baking, roasting, or stuffing with your favorite fall fixings. Around here, we like to slice ’em in half, add a pat of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar, and let the oven do the rest — simple, sweet, and straight from the field.
Stop by the farm stand and grab a few to bring that farm-fresh flavor home. They’re one of our favorites for chilly nights! 🌽🎃

This fall gem may look tough with its bumpy blue-green skin, but inside you’ll find smooth, golden flesh that’s sweet, rich, and perfect for cozy-weather cooking.
Hubbard squash has a deep, nutty flavor that shines whether you roast it, mash it, or turn it into a creamy soup. Around here, we love to roast it with a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon — pure autumn goodness. 🥄

All students in 4K-4th grade had the opportunity to travel to Neumann Farms this week! 🚜🐐🐓

From exploring the corn maze, learning about crops to feeding a baby goat, the kids (and adults) had a blast! A huge thank you to Neumann Farms for providing such an amazing experience for all of us!🙌
