If you’ve been wanting to check out the goats from Lucky 13 Boer Goats, now is the perfect time. The barn is open and our animals are ready to be viewed. Come take a look at the herd and feel free to ask us questions!

New things are happening here at Lucky 13 Boer Goats! 🐐🏡

We’re excited to share that we’re building a new barn as we continue investing in the future of our herd. This new space will allow us to provide even better shelter, improved kidding areas, and more room to grow.
Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and we’re grateful for the support from everyone who believes in what we’re building. We can’t wait to watch this next chapter come together and to welcome our animals into their new home.

As we step into the New Year at Lucky 13 Boer Goats, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the past year—the highs, the lows, and everything in between. There were ups and downs, challenges that tested us, and successes that reminded us why we do what we do. Through hard work, perseverance, and faith in our herd, we pushed through each obstacle and continued moving forward. Getting through the year wasn’t always easy, but it made us stronger, more grateful, and more determined as we look ahead with hope, fresh goals, and excitement for what the New Year will bring.

Lucky 13 Boer Goats is proud to introduce some new genetics into our herd along with continuing with past genetics as we continue to grow with an exciting increase in kids on the ground. New genetics are being added to improve overall structure, muscling, growth rates, and soundness while maintaining the temperament and hardiness we value. These new genetics allow us to strengthen our breeding program and offer even better quality Boer goats to fellow breeders and 4-H families. With more kids arriving, we’re excited to see the results of these kids and look forward to the future of Lucky 13 Boer Goats as our herd continues to progress and thrive.
