Good Tuesday Morning Folks!!

Hope everyone had a great and safe Memorial Day Weekend!!

We have an announcement to make today. Its a bit hard to say but its w great honor as well this will be Carolyn's and I last week as owners of RED LINE BBQ. Starting June 1st the new owners Nate and Amanda will be taking over. Both Nate and Amanda have been training w me all month and im very excited to see them w thier plans to grow Red Line BBQ and yet keep the same tradition Carolyn and I have started. We cant say THANK YOU enough to all our amazing customers/ Friends/ Family we've made over last 4yrs. We hope you will continue our new owners w support as you've all done for Carolyn and I. Like I did mention any event that is booked w me already will be still catered by me and my team. We WILL NOT back out on anyone.

I do wanna send out some very special THANK YOUS to some very important people who have made this dream come true from day 1. 1st and very most important my beautiful wife Carolyn if wasn't for her id be lost most days she really is the back bone to making every day happen and her support. 2nd my kids they've helped out so much especially on catering and understanding on wknds when we are gone. 3rd good friend and bbq OG Timothy Schopp of Tim's Full Belli Deli. Tims also does our bbq sauce and has been my go to person with alotta help and question answering when catering or advise is needed. And lastly all of you. All our awesome every day customers and friend and family for day in and day out support. I apologize if I've missed anyone.

So let's go out w a bang this week. If we make this a 5 day week sell out week. Ill give away a $100 bill to whoever comes in orders and puts name in drawing and well give it away on Carolyn's and I last day this Saturday.
