This project is only on hold, not to be left behind or forgotten. After the army contract I will be diving back into market animals(beef, pork, poultry) and providing quality products direct to consumers once again!

Picked up my cow pony George yesterday! Kind of a funny name for a horse, but he is one heck of a horse. Deffinately going to be busy this summer.

Moved cattle to greener pasture yesterday. Kind of barron looking here without them at home, but there just down the road a bit and easy to check up on.
I have 2 steers going to market this fall. If theres anyone interested in grass finished beef, theres still some available. Quarters, half, or whole- $2.00/pound hanging weight plus processing.

first crop of hay cut and looks great! might get a little washing overnight, but the rest of the week should be good hay-making weather!

Superstud, my angus bull goes out with the cows tomorrow. He has been waiting patiently by the gate all week long!

Okie dokie! Over the weekend I have had 2 more heifer calves! That makes 4 for the season. Might have up to 2 more later on in the season!

Ok! 48 eggs and hoping for 80% to hatch. Quite a combination of blue, green, white, and an assortment of different shades of brown. 21 days!
