I’d hold off on planting most garden plants. My soil temp is only around 50°. Right now you can plant beets, lettuce, spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, collards. Soil needs to be 65-75°+ for tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, squash, melons, green beans, corn. I know a lot of people traditionally plant the garden Memorial Day weekend around here, but I think it’s better to wait this year.
