🎃 Pumpkin Donations Are Now Welcome at Wigwam Farm! 🐐🐔

We may be posting a little early, but pumpkin season is here!

Have extra pumpkins this fall? We’d love to give them a second life as a seasonal treat for our animals! Your donations help us add a little variety to their diet while reducing waste, and every pumpkin is greatly appreciated. ❤️

🎃 A few things to keep in mind:

* Please donate only fresh, clean pumpkins.
* No rotten pumpkins, please!
* Drop-offs are welcome anytime near the goat fence or leave them in front of our shop.
* Please do not feed the pumpkins directly to the goats

🐐❤️ A New Addition to Wigwam Farm! ❤️🐐

This is something we’ve needed for quite some time, and I’m SO excited to finally say that we’ve invested in a livestock trailer! 🎉

Having our own trailer will make transporting the goats and other livestock so much easier when needed, whether it’s for vet appointments, moving animals, or whatever else farm life throws our way. 🐐🚛

And can we talk about the color?! 😂❤️ I absolutely LOVE the bright red!

It may seem like a small thing, but for our little farm, this is a pretty exciting investment and another step forward. 🥰

I can’t wait to put it to good use! 🐐❤️

Sadly, Mimi and Blanch didn’t want to join us this time. 😂 But honestly… these are the kind of plans that make me the happiest. 🥰🌲

🎄❤️ Christmas has been on my mind lately!

Yeah I know, it’s September and there is still 3 more months 😂but this way I can take my time.

My son and I were playing around making some little pinecone ornaments, and this is what we came up with! 🥰🌲

What do you guys think? Would you buy something like these for your Christmas tree? 🎄

I’m just playing around with ideas right now, but I might have to make some more! 👀❤️

I’m a little late posting this, but the timing of this song was WAY too perfect not to share. 💀😂

The song really said “this is for all you pervert out there” at the exact moment Robert got to work. 😂😂

🐔 Chicken Coop Update — Day 3! 🐔

We’re back at it! 😂🎨

Little by little, this chicken coop is finally starting to look like an actual chicken coop! 🐔❤️

There’s still LOTS to do, but we’re making progress! I can’t wait to see the finished coop come together. 🥰

🐣 A Little Surprise on the Farm! 🐣

A few weeks ago, I got a little lazy and didn’t collect the eggs for about a week and a half. 😂 Well… apparently, one of my hens decided to take matters into her own wings!

She went broody and decided she was going to hatch those eggs, so I figured I’d let her give it a try. 🐔❤️

This morning, I went out to check on everyone and found one beautiful little baby chicks tucked underneath her! 🥹🐣

🐔 Chicken Coop Update — Day 2! 🐔

Well… we’re FINALLY back to working on the chicken coop! 😂

It’s been about 3 weeks since I posted the first update, and apparently life had other plans. Between running out of paint and waiting an extra week for another gallon to come in, plus everything else that has been going on around the farm… this project got put on the back burner. 🤦‍♀️😂

But we’re back at it! 🎨🐔

We still have LOTS to do, but I’ll make sure to keep everyone updated as we go! Slowly but surely, this coop is coming together. ❤️🐔

🐐❤️ Our first breeding of the season! ❤️🐐

I am SO excited to announce that Robert and Love Bug had their first breeding of the season last night! 🎉🐐

Goats have an average gestation of about 150 days (roughly 5 months), so if everything goes as planned, Love Bug’s estimated due date is January 23, 2027! 🍼🐐❤️

Now I’m extra excited to start breeding the rest of the girls, and before we know it, we’ll have a whole new group of sweet little goat kids running around the farm! 🥰

I’m already excited! 😂❤️

Let the breeding season begin! 🎉🐐
