Preparing to process the last of the pineapples that turned ripe this week on the farm.

We had five pineapples that turn a beautiful gold on the stalk. We harvested them before insects or raccoons could help themselves. Yes, they are only about the size of a softball, but they are incredibly sweet and juicy. Proof that quality is preferable to quantity.
