Converse Family Shorthorns Custom Beef - Ground Beef - Locally raised on our family farm - At Converse Family Shorthorns, we raise shorthorn cattle and large black hogs.

We offer custom freezer beef and pork, along with ground beef. We are dedicated to the care and health of all our animals while providing our family and customers nutritious beef and pork.

We have beef going up next week-GROUND BEEF only ( rolls, patties, maybe some specialty items) to Stembles Meats in Belle Center.

🥩1/4, 1/2, or whole beef
🥩 $4.50/lb of hanging weight paid to us plus the processing fee paid to stembles at pick up
🥩 hanging weight for 1/4 will likely be between 150-200lbs
