Converse Family Shorthorns Custom Beef - Ground Beef - Locally raised on our family farm - At Converse Family Shorthorns, we raise shorthorn cattle and large black hogs.

We offer custom freezer beef and pork, along with ground beef. We are dedicated to the care and health of all our animals while providing our family and customers nutritious beef and pork.

We have a couple of hogs going to the processor October 6th. They will be processed at Stembles Meat in Belle Center. $3.50/lb of hanging weight paid to us plus the processing fee paid to the processor. They can be sold as whole or half hog and will likely hang out around 200-300lbs.Let Billy or I know if you’re interested!
