Happy weekend!! We have been remiss in not including fresh boneless, skinless Amish chicken thighs in our counter. We are slowly correcting that.

We LOVE the Amish breasts, but I LOVE dark meat even more. We made some Zesty Ranch thighs and have a few packages remaining. We will try to do a couple flavors each week. However, if you place an order, we can do any of our marinades on the thighs. We also have frozen plain one pound packages in the black retail freezer.

The taco shown was on Enchilada Wednesday. We did half breasts amd half thighs in the shredded chicken. I made a taco using a tortila griddled with beef tallow spray and thigh meat. It is topped with the new honey cilantro sauce (LOVE that stuff!!). That taco was amazing!!

We just cut up another beautiful grass-fed ribeye. Run down and grab yours quickly!! That last one disappeared so fast!!

We had Prime ribeye sandwiches on the grill the other night. That was an amazing sandwich. And just so you know that I do put Dill Pickle Sauerkraut on so many things - there it is on my ribeye sandwich!! That stuff is soooo good!!

For those that eat grass-fed, we cut up the highest quality grass-fed ribeye that I have ever seen. I am almost tempted to eat one - almost. Grab yours before our son eats them all.

We also made some fresh grass-fed ground beef - and included the ribeye trimmings.

Tamale Friday thanks to Tamalex !! They sold out so fast last week, we had to have them bring more this week!! We again have red (pork), green (chicken), and jalapeño cheese.

We also made more Turkey Breast Grillers. These are the turkey version of our very popular Sages Pork Tenderloin Grillers.

We made more white chicken chili, too.

We have Red (pork), Green (chicken), and Jalapeno Cheese.

Happy Thursday!!

We have been trying to make our food products healthier when we have the option or ability to do so.

We would now like to offer a different type of healthy option - beef tallow soap. We are thankful to Cella Family Goods for providing us samples to try. We love the soap!!

I have been using Just Oats and Tumeric Oats for a while now and the bars last a long time. I just tried the Oatmeal, Goat's Milk, and Honey Bar last night. Love the smell!!

Love these soaps and the fact that I know what all the ingredients are makes me feel great about choosing them. And it is a local small business. Lots of good reasons to use this soap!!

We received our first supply yesterday and have them out front to purchase. They would also make a great gift. Give them a try!!

The Pineapple Teriyaki brats are back finally!! We just made PT brats and have the PT brat burgers in the counter, too. Demand will be high, so place your order to help us have them ready for you.

The White Chicken Chili flew out of here, but we did freeze a couple. We will make more next week if we have time. We did make our Mild Chili and our Beef Vegetable Soup. They are delicious and easy any time of the year!!

Happy Friday!! We waited until one of the hottest, haziest days of the summer to make more White Chicken Chili. I know, I know - who wants chili when it is this warm? BUT - people keep asking for it and ordering it!! We do have some remaining. And I thought I would try it - it is still SOOOOO GOOD!! And you don't have to turn your oven on or stand in front of a hot grill.

We also made more Sloppy Joe. We have enchiladas and more. We cut more tomahawk ribeyes, too.

Order your burgers and brats and steaks for tomorrow or come today and see what we have.

Stay cool, stay inside out of the haze, and have the best day possible!!

We did make more Sloppy Joe, and it is being packaged right now. Call or come in quickly to grab yours!!

The pic shows how I enjoyed mine yesterday. I LOVE our new Cristal buns. I toasted them in the toaster oven, then threw on slices of the new cheddar cheese we have (see below). Then the Sloppy Joe, and then the Dill Pickle Sauerkraut. Fantastic!!

I realize I keep posting about putting the Dill Pickle Sauerkraut on basically everything I am eating - It is SOOOO GOOD!! I also realize, as a customer pointed out today, that we are out if it currently. It is a special order, and I hope to have three cases very shortly. If I were to have another Sauerkraut on my sandwiches (and I will today because now i am out of the Dill Pickle), it would be the Sea Stag. It is also excellent!!

We found a responsibly made brand of sliced cheese. We want to give this a try since we don't do deli meats and cheeses any more. We have the cheddar and American available. The cheddar is very good!!
