Enchilada Wednesday!!

We are just finishing up the Shredded Beef, and already have Ground Beef and Shredded Chicken in the case. Stop in or call to reserve this super simple, delicious meal!!

The tacos shown are my lunch. They are shredded chicken (I used thighs only) with veggies and cheese on a flour tortilla. The veggies and tortillas are griddled with beef tallow. They are topped with salsa and our amazing Honey Cilantro sauce. THESE ARE FANTASTIC!!

Would anybody be interested in having these for lunch? Please let me know in the comments. Toying with the idea of preparing them for people to walk in and grab them.

Enjoy this weather!!

If you hurry out yet this afternoon, you can get some things fresh that we usually only have frozen.

We have fresh Amish Whole Chickens. We are going to cut up a few and then freeze those and the rest of the whole ones by end of day.
If you would like a fresh one stop in or call to reserve.

We have fresh backribs, but are freezing them shortly.

We made Chicken Bacon Ranch burgers.

We have fresh ham steaks and ham bones for soup. They will be out in the same case as the hot dogs.

We just made more beef kabobs, too. THEY GO FAST!!

Happy Friday!! Sorry about the lack of posts. We have been busy!!

Today we do have Beef Vegetable Soup and Mild Chili. And just to continue showing that I do put the Dill Pickle Sauerkraut on so many things - there it is on my Beef Vegetable Soup!!

We made Pulled Pork Baked Beans. We load the pulled pork in there!!

Enchiladas and smoked and baked products stocked.

Come on out and grab stuff for the weekend!!

Good evening. I just wanted to give some notice to everyone that there will not not be a butcher available Saturday. I have a 40th class reunion to attend, and I will be enjoying laughs and stories with dear friends.

As for Sages, I will be cutting many steaks ahead of time and trying to have the cases stocked before I leave, but that doesn't mean we won't run out, especially with what looks like great weather.

So, if you know you need something for Saturday, please order tomorrow or Friday morning, and we will get it prepared for you to pick up.

The team will continue to make burgers and brats and other goodies.

By the way, today was Enchilada Wednesday, and we did make ground beef and shredded chicken enchiladas.

Tamale Friday!! Thank you, Tamalex, for bringing steaming hot tamales!! They just arrived and we are packaging right now. Call to reserve or stop in to get some.

We also made Sloppy Joe - easy, delicious sandwich!!

Happy Thursday!! Of course, yesterday was Enchilada Wednesday. We have shredded chicken, shredded beef, and ground beef available.

We also have started making chili's and soups again. We have White Chicken Chili and Beef Vegetable Soup fresh, and Mild Chili frozen. We are hoping to make Brisket Chili yet for the weekend. We will try to have them available all the time either fresh or frozen.

Tamale Friday!! We have tamales ordered for tomorrow. They usually come hot at 11:30 or so. Call to reserve some or stop by tomorrow afternoon.

Now that football season is here, we will start making chili and soup again. We made mild chili today.

Happy Labor Day Weekend!!

As a reminder, we will be open until 5:00 today.

Tomorrow (Sunday) open 10-2. Limited staff.

Monday closed.

We will be having the bacon wrapped Snake River Farms Wagyu hot dogs. LOVE THESE!!

If you plan to come tomorrow, please call in an order today. Not sure how much will be left after today for sausage or other items.
