We had our first honey harvest of the season! The honey is lighter this time of year. If we do a second harvest the honey is often dark.

Lots of Khaki Campbell babies over here!

This breed is known for egg production. They can lay over 300 eggs a year their eggs are the same size as chicken eggs and white. They are excellent foragers which makes them easy keepers on our farm.
