Straight run Muscovy ducklings available $15 each or 2 for $25

The kids found these 12 little cuties roaming the yard today. They immediately put them in a bucket and brought them to me. Extremely excited and all saying "they were all alone"! πŸ˜‚

We have a few Mommas nesting right now. So initially I had no idea who's they were! Then I looked around and found a young muscovy looking for her babies! We decided it's best for them to all be in a pin till they get a tad bigger and this new momma adjustsπŸ’œ

Australorps are a Heritage breed originating from Australia. In the early 1900s they were very sought-after for their profound egg-laying skills! Today they are still amongst the most popular breeds. They are great multi-purpose birds. Not only very productive egg layers but also have a significant amount of meat on them. Australorp are also a very gentle natured, docile breed. They are a very beautiful iridescent black bird!

*2nd photo is not my bird. Just wanted to show an adult hen.

We are looking for a few more preferably regular customers to keep up with our abundance of eggs. Our eggs are always fresh! No more then a week or 2 old. Store bought eggs average 3 months old before they are even put on the shelves 😝 I typically wash all eggs before they are sold. However if you prefer them unwashed, please let me know. 😊 Chicken eggs are $3.50 a dozen $5.00 for 18. Duck eggs are $6.00 a dozen. QUAIL EGGS COMING SOON! We finally had some sun β˜‰ this past weekend and it was a pretty busy around here! Lots of work to be done!
Friday after work we realized the trailer breaks would fit my rig so we had to use some good ol redneck ingenuity. To get our new rabbit hutch. Took an awesome back road and had a beautiful sunset driveπŸŒ„ Got some new rabbits in there quarantine pens. Moved the quail from the outside aviary in to our mini barn. Hopefully they will start laying soon! Decided it's time to let the chicks out to pasture. The crazy little bantams follow us everywhere. Well I guess all our animals do πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Even had baby bunny snuggles in bed πŸ’–
