A client sent me an AI-generated image of the cookie she wanted.

The catch? AI doesn’t have to worry about physics. Royal icing does. Those impossibly smooth gradients, razor-thin details, and floating elements aren’t things that actually hold up on a real cookie.

But I can get darn close. I studied the image, figured out what it was really going for, and built it by hand, one layer at a time.

AI can dream it up in seconds. I get to make it edible. 😉
