Beef for sale. Farm raised, grass and corn fed steers, 4 H project, all natural, no shots, no growth hormones, and no antibiotics. One Hereford. Price is $1,200 per side, 2 sides for sale. Hanging weight per side is estimated to be around 360 pounds, when packaged, it will yield an estimated 220 pounds of meat.

Processing is 66 cents per pound of hanging weight plus a one-time charge of $37. Estimated cost to process is $300.00.

We are third generation farmers, and we pride ourselves in top quality meat, raised free of hormones and implants, and no antibiotics. One Hereford, $2.00 per pound live weight, currently weighs 1,300 pounds. This steer was delivered to Bauman's Butcher Block in Ottawa on Tuesday. It will be ready to cut October 17th. .
