Our farm is based around a hundred year old cabin where these beautiful creatures graze and greet visitors with their big brown eyes and curious nature. Known to eat from your hand each member of our herd has their own name and personality. They will gladly visit with you and make your soul smile. Our family found a run down "Gentleman's" farm in 1996. We have cleared, cleaned, restored, fenced, a

nd prepared for the time we could establish our herd and promote a type of lifestyle of which we had only dreamed. Our alpacas arrived in 2001, the garden failed then flourished, the chickens are here and laying. Our farm store is set up selling the fruits of our labor. Also available are fresh eggs from our pasture chickens. We extend an open invitation to all interested in our alpacas, their fiber, and a sustainable lifestyle.

Six miles south of Macon County Welcome Center on NC U.S.Hwy 441, turn right on Calvary Church Rd. Turn immediately left onto Hannah Mountain Rd. Approximately .8mile the pavement will end. Turn Right into the second driveway on the right once on gravel road.

Seven times the thermal capability of wool with none of the weight. Roving for hand spinners, worsted and non-worsted yarn. Local artisan woven rugs and rug yarn. 100% hypo-allergenic. All fiber comes from animals raised on our farm. From field to loom. From poo for peas. We use it all. Nothing goes to waste.
