Hey all! My last farmers market will be this Saturday at the OP Farmers Market from 8:00 am til noon. It’s been an awesome few years and I hope to see as many of you as I can. Shoutout back to my first market when I didn’t even own a tent, had only a few flavors, and had even fewer ideas of what I was doing 🙃 We’ve still got 12 flavors in stock (and a tent) so come by and say “hi” and then “bye”!

Hi all! I just wanted to update that we will be at 2 more farmers markets this season, which will be your only chances to grab any Pele! We will be at OP Farmers Market on 11/1 and 11/22. Also, due to my move, we will not be shipping any packages the week of 11/10 but will resume shipping until the end of November after that. Thanks!

I know we’re closing up shop soon, but I couldn’t help myself. I have been talking about this sauce for years so finally decided to make it. Pele is a Passionfruit, orange, and guava hot sauce with ají amarillo peppers grown from . It’s spicy, absolutely chock full of tropical fruit, and perfect on chicken, stir-fried spam bowls, and barbecued meats. We don’t have a ton but should have enough for a couple weeks. Get it while you can! Also, it’s gotta be refrigerated.

Anansi is back in stock starting this weekend at Overland Park Farmers Market! A lot of people asked for it after we announced we were shutting so here it is! Tons of curry flavor with a ginger and scotch bonnet kick - just in time for smoked meats season.

*Important Announcement*

Hello everyone! My wife and I will be moving to Chicago later this year and, with that move, I have decided to stop doing Mythos. Rather than start all over again in a new city or attempting to manage business here from afar, I would prefer to end things on a high note in KC with all the customers who have made the last 4 years so great!

We will still be around at the farmers market (except on 10/4), selling online, and in stores as per usual for the next several weeks but will start winding down in November with a final end date TBA.

Thanks to all our incredible customers, partners, and fans, you will be missed and have made this journey unforgettable! A special shoutout to for giving Mythos an arena to grow into what it has, for being the first business to carry our product and the only place to ever carry every single flavor we’ve made, and for introducing Mythos to more customers than anyone else and being a massive champion for so many local businesses.

Our most exciting drop of the year is back this weekend at the Overland Park farmers market. Ququmatz is a riff on our best-selling Kukulkan with hatch chilis and pineapple. We’ve made a lot this year but it always go fast so swing by and grab some while you can!

New month, new sauce. And this is our first new-new sauce of the year! Promachos, the war-like aspect of Athena, is a riff on Minerva, which is a riff on Athena, that packs a punch. A Louisiana-style hot sauce with ghost peppers and tons of roasted garlic, this sauce will wage war with your heat tolerance while still being bright and versatile.

Our black pepper and ghost pepper mustard, Thoth, is back in stock in addition to Minerva making its first appearance this year. Minerva is the exact same recipe as our award-winning Athena, just with habaneros instead of cayennes!

Helios is back just in time for summer. Light, bright, fresh, and absolutely bursting with lemon flavor, this medium-heat sauce is perfect on fish tacos, garlic fries, and Mediterranean pasta salads. At OP Farmers Market and online until sold out; which should at least be a few weeks.
