Fermwerks Craft Creations Fermented hot sauces and pepper creations. All of my sauces are small batch fermentations. All sauces fermented a minimum of 1 month.

Fermenting a sauce gives it a complex unique flavor that naturally becomes acidic without the need for added vinegar.
