Calling all pitmasters! Join us May 30th, 2026 at English Landing Park in Parkville, MO for a day of BBQ, competition, and community as we raise money for the Veterans Relief Fund.

This event will feature a Double St. Louis Rib Cook-Off plus a Chicken Wing Ancillary.

Entry Fees:
$125 for each rib category
$50 for chicken wings

1st - $1,000
2nd - $500
3rd - $400
4th - $300
5th - $200
6th-10th - $100 each

Overall:

6:30 AM - Move in

Well, what an experience! I came to the in Panama! I taught a comp chicken & rib masterclass to 90+ people! It was absolutely crazy!

The competed in the 31 team contest! First year as a KCbS comp. To say it was different would be an understatement. Lol.

Three calls on the day…

10th place chicken
9th place ribs (they were gangster)
4th place pork
18th brisket (my best turn in).

7th overall! Congrats to my close dear friends on their RGC and my friends from Panama on the GC! Thank you to my homie and for all your help! I also got tattooed while I was cooking the comp!

Back to Costa Rica and doing a full comp class next Saturday Jan 31st!

What a weekend at the 2025 American Royal World Championship of BBQ. We had a blast catering for Western Logistics Express for the 2nd year in a row. What a party Friday evening at spot 700. No one went hungry that night.

Saturday was the sides division. Thank you Justin for coming out and cooking some amazing food.

Sunday was Open Competition and the weather was brutal. Freezing temperatures and 30 mile an hour winds. Some how we pulled all 6 meats off with no DQs. Thanks Jimmy for running boxes.

Thank you to my entire team and family members that helped out for 4 days. We had some drinks, laughs and a wonderful time. Thank you to all our sponsors that helped us out all year.
