Our fall menu features new items, including the Harvest Hoagie (pictured with a cup of vegetarian soup). The protein is from Harvest Shreds, a St. Louis-based company. It is a versatile, vegan plant-based protein alternative made primarily from non-GMO soy, seasoned with shiitake mushrooms and red miso. The Harvest Hoagie is loaded with Asian-inspired flavors and served on a crusty French-style bread.
