We will have a bunch of Butternut Squash available within the month. Fall is coming in fast make sure to stock up on your favorites for family dinners.

We've sold more than half of our retail pork. A new list of 4 bundles will be posted tomorrow. We were asked to make the bundles all purpose, so will have a mix of stuff for breakfast, grilling, and dinners.

You guys have showed up for us big time, we are so grateful! You've helped us sell 17 bundles so far!

Just an update for you guys - Peppered Bacon is currently sold out, all other bacons are now only available through bundles. Breakfast bundle is sold out until we can create a new list since half of the items are sold out now. Only 1 Sampler bundle left after the folks who have made appointments to pick up theirs.

If anyone is needing individual packages we still have plenty of all the steaks and different style chops available, slabs of pork belly, lard, soup bones, ground meats, links, brats, etc.

Send us a message to set up a day to pick your meat up, pick up times are between 9 am and 6 pm, thank you again!!

Our area had it's annual farm heritage show this past weekend. There is so much to see at Mid Michigan Old Gas Tractor! So much history to be seen. How we used to farm, make lumber, press apple cider, process grain, forge metal, that doesn't even scratch the surface. You could spend the whole day here and not see it all!

We believe this heritage needs to be protected for the next generations to see and learn from. This is what helped support towns and build communities into what they are today.

Some items in this are of limited availability and when they sell out will be replaced by another cut. Please no substitutions unless you are allergic to an ingredient in the flavored products. Whether you smoke these, reverse sear, or grill to your liking, this bundle won't disappoint. Most of these cuts are THICK, we're talking caveman thick. Steaks and chops that are hard to find. We have 3 bundles to choose from at the moment. This is on first come first served basis. If a certain cut or flavor sells out we will substitute it and update the list so everyone knows. The purpose of bundles is to get a smaller amount than a whole or half pig but also still get a bit of savings. If anyone has questions about what goes into our pricing, we are an open book!

First up our Breakfast bundle:

Some of the little guys cooling off! It's been so hot lately but we've finally had some rain. What a weird year it's been. Incredibly wet this spring with what seemed like record rainfall, and hardly any rain this summer. It's been about 4 or 5 years since it was this dry.

The rest of the cuts we have available! When it came to fresh cuts we wanted to have a unique offering. Types of cuts that are typically hard to find. The cuts favored by chefs, what you would find in a high-end restaurant! They are very thick cut so we had them processed as one per package (besides the cutlets, which are a little thinner).

We are against using any form of AI for marketing, advertising, or in general with anything to do with our business. To us it's lazy with all of the tools at our disposal nowadays. When we film videos, type posts, create logos, or design advertisements, it's us doing everything manually. We believe it's those corners cut that loses faith and trust that your customers place in you.

We have to make some final touches on our digital menu so it will be a few days yet until that's finished up. The cuts look so amazing in person, unfortunately the phone camera is only so good. This is something we are working on getting done, higher quality pictures to showcase the beauty of this pork.

Our farm wouldn't be here without you guys. It means the world to have your support! ❤️
