Our Short Ribs au Poivre are braised for 14 hours until perfectly tender, then served with a creamy peppercorn sauce, buttery Yukon Gold potatoes, and seasonal roasted vegetables.

Rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious.

And yes, they're gluten-free!
