Chef Bret is a graduate from Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu program, where he was trained in classic French cooking techniques. Chef Bret has been serving up exquisite meals for years, with close attention to healthy cooking styles & creating new twists on original recipes. Most recently he has been the Concierge Chef for Disney’s high-end resort The Grand Floridian where he catered to both celebrities & high profile people daily.
