Good Morning All!

Just thought I’d re-share this for any that are new around here.

I am still baking every week as we are some bread consuming fools at the house, plus we have some carb hungry nephews that go through at least a loaf a week.

Please feel free to reach out any time if you’re interested. I can make as little as 1 in a batch or as many as 8. So if you have that girls book club coming up, a loaf or 3 would be an awesome compliment to some Spinach Artichoke Dip 😂😂.

As it stands right now I can make the following:

Upon request, I can bake the loaves in Loaf Pans to get an even uniform size perfect for making some awesome Sandwiches.

Currently I prep on Monday and Bake on Tuesdays. I usually need to know by at least midday Monday what you would like. In the past a few have picked up on Friday so I add another bake day if necessary.

Evening Folks! We are still here!

Our AC has finally been fixed/replaced which means I will happily start using the oven again.

Our starter (Sam) has unhappily been hanging on for dear life as I reduced the feedings to about once a week. Normally I feed her once a day to maintain a nice and healthy balance.

Last week I started up the daily feedings again and today was by far the best/fastest growth. This means that Sam is in good enough condition to start up the bread journey again.

30 minutes after feeding and it almost doubled, about 3 hours in it peaked.
