This is a new one for us…

We found a fiber optic internet line bored STRAIGHT THROUGH our customer’s sewer line. Apparently high-speed internet has officially gone down the drain.

Is your drain backed up? Running slow?
Filled with lots of fiber? 2 gig fiber?

Don’t trust these old gate valves! The last thing you need is a leak in the wall. Let us replace yours with a ball valve.

Please do all the common practices when it comes to cold weather protocol.
Drip/run your faucets
Cover hose bibs
Open cabinets
Close crawlspace vents

More importantly Oklahoma plumbing is not meant for these conditions so know how to turn off your water in case of an emergency. If you have a main shut off valve in your home, make sure family members know how to operate it. Mark your water meter with something that can seen in the snow. Have a tool/water meter key readily available.
