Employee Spotlight: Greg Smith! 🎉
Greg has been with CRS for nearly 11 years in the Service Department. Our service team is made up of field technicians who stand ready to service, troubleshoot, and install commercial kitchen equipment. Greg brings 22 years of experience in the auto glass industry, along with a background as a business owner.

Greg specializes in mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and sales, often serving as a first responder when customers encounter issues. Whether diagnosing problems over the phone or servicing equipment on-site, he takes pride in keeping customers up and running.

One of Greg's favorite aspects of the job is being out in the field installing equipment, meeting new people, and building relationships. He finds the work rewarding and values the daily interaction.

Outside of work, Greg spends much of his time supporting his daughter's softball career, often traveling for games and tournaments. These days, that means less time for hobbies like hunting and fishing, but he wouldn't have it any other way.

Thank you Greg for your hard work and dedication to CRS and our customers!

In an effort to prioritize safety and reliability, CRS holds regular Driver Safety Meetings in which we discuss safety measures and precautions, as well as recognize those without outstanding performance. This past Saturday we recognized 11 drivers who held a perfect safety record for an entire year!
