We have a few new additions to our homestead! 🐷

We will be getting a few more boars (males) for breeding with the pink one and we will be using the black one for meat

The pink ones name is Petunia and the black one is Black Forest Ham! 🐖

Someone is making their arrival! 🐣

We were able to get our own fertile eggs this year from having a rooster and we started incubating them! In a few days we will have a bunch of little chickies! 🐥

UPDATED AGAIN! Only 1 DOZEN left!!! ❗️

Updated!! We now have a few more dozen than we need at the moment so we havee dropped the price for now to $2.50!! ❗️❗️

Eggs, eggs, eggs!! We have farm fresh eggs for sale!! 🥚 we have 5 dozen available right now!!

💰2.50/dozen❗️ (we, unfortunately, had to raise the price of ours eggs from last year due to the rising cost of feed and other necessities for our chickens!) 🐓

During the winter months we don’t get many eggs to be able to sell, but now that the weather is getting nicer we will have eggs for sale in the upcoming weeks. We will post when we have them available! Thank you all! 🐓🥚

Our 2 lovable, attention hogging Nigerian dwarf babies, Ben and Jerry, both about 20 and 21 weeks old. They love their hay, apples, and especially animal crackers! 🍎🌾

🐓 Welcome everyone!! 🐓

We are starting to grow our little farm day by day and figured we should have our personal accounts separate from farming posts!

So with that said, we will be posting anything related to our farm on this account, the
"Adirondack Homestead"! That includes... advertising our farm fresh duck and chicken eggs for sale, animal updates/new animal arrivals (with pictures of course!) and just our daily "homesteading" life!

We can't wait to continue our little farming journey and are so excited to be able to share it with you all. Although we don't intend to become a major business, we are thrilled to be able to provide locals with our farm fresh produce. We are immensely appreciative of the continued support we have received already!!

We are hoping by next year we will have farm fresh veggies for sale as well!! Stay tuned for more updates next growing season! 🥦🥕🫑
