I’m considering taking two of my existing buildings and combining them into an arcade, party rental place. It would consist of a private arcade with tons of games, tables and chairs. We would provide cake, pizza, and drinks. It would be private rental only. We would do all clean up. So you would be given a key for your rental time, all games would be free to your guest, pizza and cake would be delivered with drinks, and then you simply lock up, drop the key in the box and we do the rest! Would you use this?
