Next-level mushroom Swiss brat from Ge**er Farms Inc.

Braised cabbage from Downing Fruit Farm (I think??? I can't quite remember who we grabbed it from), sprinkled with s&p, sh*take mushroom powder from Henaben Farm, and nutmeg then doused in bone broth and coconut milk.

You may have noticed that we haven't done many events lately. A few months ago we made a very intentional decision to take a break from events and focus on the farm stand. We have built an incredible community here and it felt right to give it our full attention.

That decision has turned out to be one of the best I have ever made. I was approaching full on burnout and vending is hard. There is so much unnoticed time and effort that goes into your favorite markets, craft shows, pop ups, and so on. And while we loved seeing all your friendly faces, it just became too much.

So if you are jonesing for our sourdough, bagels, or you're dying to try the English muffins, come see us! I promise it's worth the trip.

Or, stop by one of our retail partners and support two local businesses at once!

And when you're out at a market or event, give the vendors a smile. It takes a lot to get that booth ready for you.

Henaben Farm mushroom products are now available in the farm stand!

We have teas, powders, and dried mushrooms. I have been adding the mushroom powders to just about everything I cook. If you're a bone broth drinker, the mushroom powder adds a great umami flavor to the broth.
