We’re all set up at the New Canaan Farmers Market TODAY from 10 AM–2 PM, and Mother Nature finally turned the temperature k**b in the right direction. 😂🍂

This cooler weather is PERFECT for strolling the market, checking out all the incredible local farmers, bakers, makers, artisans, and small businesses that make Saturdays here worth the trip.

The sun is out, the bottles are chilled, and Equivalent Exchange LLC is here TODAY from 12 PM–6 PM! It’s a beautiful afternoon to wander the market, support local vendors, and perhaps stop by for a sample… or three. 😏🍷

❤️ TODAY’S MARKET ALSO HAS A LITTLE EXTRA PURPOSE.

We’re holding a fundraiser in support of our friends at Red Clover Farms . For every bottle sold today, August 25th, we’re donating $5 to help with their operational and legal expenses.

So when you take home a bottle of small-batch mead or wine today, you’re not only supporting Equivalent Exchange LLC, you’re helping us pour some of that support right back into another local Connecticut agricultural business. 🌻🐝

This Tuesday, August 25th, Equivalent Exchange LLC is bringing a little extra purpose to the Seymour Farmers Market.

Our friends at Red Clover Farm are facing operational and legal costs, and we believe supporting local means showing up when it matters, not just saying the words.

⚗️ So we’re putting our bottles where our mouth is.

For EVERY bottle sold on August 25th, we’ll donate $5 directly to Red Clover Farm to help with their operational and legal costs.

🍷 Another One Has Left the Building! 🍷

We’d already shared that Banana Nut Bliss 🍌 and Hopped Maple Orchard 🍎🍁 are currently sold out, and after yesterday’s Seymour Farmers Market, we can officially add Zesty Berry Fusion 🍓🍊 to the list!

While seeing those empty cases is a little bittersweet, we couldn’t be more grateful. Every sold-out bottle means someone chose to support our small-batch creations, and that means the world to us. ❤️

But fear not, fellow alchemists! ⚗️ The next batches are already being worked on as we speak. Fermentation refuses to be rushed, but the transformation is well underway, and these favorites will return as soon as they’re ready.

The booth is packed up, the bottles are heading home, but it was another great day at the Oxford Farmers Market.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Equivalent Exchange LLC today, whether you sampled something new, picked up an old favorite, grabbed a bottle for the first time, or simply came over to talk mead, wine, and fermentation with us.

Every conversation, every returning face, and every new customer continues to remind us just how far this little alchemical adventure has come.
And, of course, thank you to our fellow local vendors and everyone behind the Oxford Farmers Market for continuing to create a place where small businesses can grow, connect, and thrive.

Come take a leisurely stroll through the market, shop local, meet the people behind some incredible Connecticut businesses, and see what catches your eye. There’s plenty to explore, including CT Grown farm-fresh produce, East Coast Kombucha, Goatboy Soaps, Pina Bird the Author, and plenty of other fantastic local makers, growers, artisans, and vendors throughout the market. 🥬📚🧼🥤
