Shared pasture, big round pen onsite, pastures, hot/cold water, wash rack. Trailer accommodations.

12x12 stalls with automatic waterers.

Can include dropping feed 2 xs a day. Turn in/out, as needed. Stall cleaning 1x a day. Feed/hay/shaving must be provided by owner.
