THE LEGEND OF THE GREAT PUMPKIN

There is an old story told around Upland Hills Farm…

They say that every fall, when the leaves begin to turn golden and the mornings grow crisp, something special happens in the pumpkin patch.

The pumpkins begin to whisper. The Great Pumpkin returns.

No one knows exactly where he goes the rest of the year. Some say he travels with the autumn winds. Others say he spends his summers somewhere far beyond the pumpkin fields, waiting patiently for October.

But when Harvest Festival arrives…he comes home.

And this year, we’re happy to say that the legend is true once again.

The Great Pumpkin has returned to Upland Hills Farm!

He’s back in the pumpkin patch for our Harvest Festival weekends, keeping watch over all the little pumpkins and waiting to meet the families who come searching for the perfect one.

And he has a very special job.

When you find your pumpkin, The Great Pumpkin will give it a name—and before you take it home, he’ll tell you exactly how to care for it so your pumpkin can live its very best pumpkin life. 🎃

The legend continues this fall at Upland Hills Farm. The Great pumpkin will be available October 10th, October 18th, and October 25th.

Come see if you can find him.

The day started with a beautiful sky and this double rainbow, and ended with a smiling faces. Thank you to all that came out this weekend to support us and our small family business. There are still seven more days of harvest festival to come. Hope to see you then!

It's a corny picture but, can you guess what’s coming? Let’s just say… it’s going to be ear-resistible! Kinda corny even.
