Legendary Dreams Farm We are a private farm in southwest Ohio raising Gypsy horses. We offer driving training & boarding. We are a small private farm in southwest Ohio.

We are raising a select group of quality Gypsy cob horses (also known as Gypsy Vanner), a breed that is every horse lover's dream, and we are excited to share this magical breed with others. We have been in the breed since 2012 and have slowly expanded our herd so that each horse can get invididualized attention & training. We offer driving training from the basics and ground driving all the way to showing, with over 20 years of experience in harness training, including starting young horses. We have full board available while your horse is in training. Please contact us for more information. We also hold driving clinics and offer lessons--contact us if you'd like to host a clinic or set up lessons! We offer full care boarding for a few boarders looking for a small family friendly environment.

This week we had to let our girl Duchess go. Laminitis is terrible and she had been in pain too long, we couldn’t put her through another winter.

She started our Gypsy dreams, we had her under contract at 6 days old, and she was always a go with the flow do anything girl. We trained her to ride and drive and did everything with her, dressage, trail rides, a little dabble in combined driving, and anything else we could think of.

The kids grew up with her, she gave lessons, she never said no. Although she was stubborn on the ground and could definitely be “mare-ish”, she was always all business under saddle or in the cart.

She gave us Royal, who we will be keeping, and so many good memories. Run free and eat as much grass as you want girl, see you in Heaven ❤️

UPDATE—He IS neutered—another neighbor got him fixed a month ago and I didn’t realize it.

This is Tuxedo—he’s been floating around our farm on and off for about the last year, but just decided in the last month that he doesn’t want to be feral anymore—now he’s decided lap naps and scratches are good🤪

He needs a new barn or house because he’s chasing our other resident cat out of the barn.

Royal wants to know what’s in his mouth in the way of snacks!

He turned 3 in May so time to get more of a job!

Adam introduced the bit to him this morning and he could care less. We always introduce it first in a stall with nothing they can get in trouble with, to just let them chew on it and think about it.

He’s been lunging since he was 2 but now will add the bit, then ground driving this fall!
