We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate/ Head Cashier to become an integral part of our store. We are looking for a creative individual who is friendly and motivated to help our customers find the best products for their needs.

Responsibilities:
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail department
*Welcome and identify customer needs
*Enter and process customer orders and returns
*Effectively handle all transactions
*Investigate and resolve customer complaints
*Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock and create displays
*Answer phones and write up service calls

Qualifications:
*Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma
*Must have reliable transportation
*Knowledge of products or the ability to learn
*Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
*Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone
*Willing to work 50+/- hours per week
*Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift

Benefits include health, dental, and 401(k). Pay will depend upon experience.

*Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable and identifiable
*Receive, place and load incoming/outgoing stock which requires lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
*Verify receiving/shipping documents and accurate product counts
*Operate packaging and material movement equipment
*Deliver materials to job sites when needed
*Additional duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:
*High school diploma/GED equivalent
*Must be able to work 45+ hours a week
*Experience in warehouse environment preferred
*Understand product description, SKU and PO numbers
*Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
*Reading comprehension and ability to communicate in writing
*Work closely in a team environment to complete daily tasks and goals
*Ability to perform repetitious duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time
*Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
