Elevate your couscous game with the vibrant flavors of Fair Earth Farms Organic Arugula. A perfect balance of freshness and nuttiness! 🌿

Ingredients:
- cous cous
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- Fair Earth Farms Arugula

Instructions:
cook pearled couscous according to package and cool. Make the dressing in a blender - 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons chopped basil, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 cup olive oil, dash of salt. Combine arugula, couscous and salad dressing.
