Late night behind the scenes post of running a small husband and wife brewery… 😂

Me: We should probably post more pictures of us actually brewing b**r.

Also me: I am never actually there when the brewing happens because Dave brews after work…and Dave is too busy actually brewing to remember to take photos!! 🤦‍♀️

So, as much as I wanted photographic evidence of our Oktoberfest being brewed…nope!! It’s already put to bed and happily fermenting away. 🍺😭

Apparently tomorrow I might get some actual brewing content when he starts on the Amber…which is finally coming back!! 😂🍺

Until then, please accept this text conversation as proof that yes, we really do brew the b**r here. 🤣

Public Realm Brewing Company is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re a new craft brewery built on a passion for great b**r, great service, and creating a community where people love to gather. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced b**rtender who already understands the ins and outs of working in a brewery.

This isn’t an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us build something special.

We’re looking for someone who:
🍻 Has previous brewery or craft b**r taproom experience
🍻 Knows proper draft system maintenance and line cleaning
🍻 Is knowledgeable about b**r styles, brewing processes, and flavor notes
🍻 Delivers outstanding customer service and enjoys educating guests about craft b**r
🍻 Takes pride in being part of a team that’s building something from the ground up
