Did you know you can make Thai Coconut Ramen using Sriracha Ramen? 🥥🍜 Here's how 👇🏼⁠

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.⁠
⁠
2. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent and fragrant.⁠

3. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of curry powder and stir well, allowing the spices to toast for about 1 minute.⁠
⁠
4. Pour in 1 can of coconut milk and 1 cup of vegetable or chicken broth. Stir the mixture until it's well combined.⁠
⁠
5. Add your choice of vegetables or protein (chicken, tofu, shrimp, etc.) to the skillet. Allow the mixture to simmer over medium-low heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the protein is cooked through.⁠

6. Serve your coconut curry over your Sriracha noodles, garnishing with fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime juice as desired. ⁠
