We have 15 Cotton Patch Goslings available and ready for new farms. Both solid and pied males and females. All solids are pied carriers. Cotton Patch Geese are a heritage breed, listed as Threatened on the Livestock Conservancy Conservation List.

From the Livestock Conservancy website: Once common on farms in the southeastern United States, the Cotton Patch goose gets its name from the tasks it performed. These geese weeded cotton and corn fields up until the 1950s. Cotton Patches are remembered in the rural south for helping many farmers and their families survive the Great Depression by providing a regular source of meat, eggs, and grease.

Their smaller size allows them to tolerate hot weather better than heavier geese breeds, and they are very tolerant of hot, humid climates and are easy to keep. Cotton Patch geese are very rare and in need of serious conservation breeders.

Cotton Patch Geese available!
We’ve got male and female May goslings available in pairs.
We can offer a variety of male and female solid and pied goslings. All solids are pied carriers. I also have two -one year old pied males available. Our geese can be traced back to composite Walker/James and Walker/Baumgartner lines. Some are incubator hatched and human imprinted, some are parent hatched.
Available for pickup, will travel a reasonable distance to meet up for the right home.
Our CPG have excellent temperaments and are amazing parents.
