One of my favorite times of the year is finally here.
We're starting to pick tomatoes, peppers, basil, and other summer goodies, with much more on the way. There is something special about walking out the back door and gathering food you grew yourself.

Elderflowers Are Blooming in Missouri! 🌿

The elderflower blossoms are putting on a show across Missouri right now. Not only are they beautiful and fragrant, but they've been used for generations in teas, syrups, cordials, and traditional herbal remedies.

Some potential benefits of elderflowers include:
✨ Rich in antioxidants
✨ Traditionally used to support the immune system during cold and flu season
✨ May help ease congestion and support respiratory health
✨ Often used in herbal teas to promote sweating during fevers
