We custom processed beef, pork, deer, bison, llama, goat, lamb, sheep, and bear-(haven't yet but sure want to)!. Kill Fee:
Hogs-$65
Beef-$100
Processing Fee: 1.10/lb rail weight
Curing:
Bacon-$15
Ham-$20
Jowls-$7
Pork Chicken Fries-$10
Sausage Seasoning:
$7 per 25 pounds- approximately $14 a hog
Bone Out Entire Carcass- $1.20/lb

We also butcher bison, llama, goat, etc.
