Milling at the store today! Call ahead with your order. In addition to the Einkorn and Turkey Red, We also have organic hard white and organic Khorasan wheat berries. Since the germ & bran are still present after milling, the shelf life is very short. This needs to be used within 48 hrs. Let us know what day you plan to pick the milled flour up, so we can mill that day.

Our Sourdough girl Olivia Lee is taking time off to be a mommy! (She will still take special orders). And we are so excited for her!

Wanted to find a fresh milled flour muffin recipe made without sugar. The recipe calls for either honey or maple syrup. I used both. I also put 1/2 cup of organic dehydrated diced strawberries in the dry ingredients before stirring in the wet ingredients. I might use another 1/2 cup of berries next go round, but these are a thumbs up for me!

I purchased this at Bread Becker’s in Woodstock Ga last week. Several of you wanted to know if I could mill some wheat berries until you get your own grain mill. So here we go! But only in small amounts and for use within a week. Call ahead and we’ll do our best to have it ready for you. The Mill will usually be here on Mondays & Fridays.
