I'm open today from 8am till 2pm. I will have kolaches, brisket breakfast tacos and breakfast sandwiches till 11am. Then I will serve loaded baked potatoes, brisket, pulled pork, smoked mac and cheese and potato salad. I smoked 1 extra brisket to hopefully carry me through the weekend. I've sold all my racks of ribs, out of pulled pork and have maybe 4 lbs of brisket left. I have 3 baked potatoes and some potato salad. I have 20 dragon toes on the pit should be done by 12:30 pm.
