We’re open! Come try our ginger scallion noodles. Choose between chicken, pork or tofu. We also have pumpkin cinnamon rolls! We hope to see you soon. Next week will be our last week in the truck for the season.

The spinach artichoke panini has been a favorite so far on this menu. Spinach artichoke dip, pepperjack cheese, shredded chicken on a grilled grilled Foccacia roll.

It’s a perfect day for our harvest bowl! Basmati rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, kale, curried chickpeas, pink lady apples, maple pecans, feta and maple tahini dressing. Have it as is or add chicken, pork or tofu. It’s a beautiful day and we’d love to see you before we close for the season on October 25th.

We have today and tomorrow left for our current menu. Next menu change will be our last for the season! We love you Pagosa and hope to see you in our last few weeks open.

We have 2 soup specials today. A curried butternut squash bisque topped with spicy pepitas (vegan and gluten free) and a roasted red pepper tomato soup (vegetarian and gluten free). Also, our desserts today are the s’mores brownie and salted caramel apple walnut bars (gf)

We’re doing either soup with a grilled cheese for $10.
